CANCELLATION POLICY
At Piel Studio, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both my time and the time of other clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. As a one-time courtesy, your first same-day cancellation or missed appointment due to not confirming will be waived. After that, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged for: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice No-shows Appointments canceled due to not confirming Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is provided. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment if it would impact the next scheduled client.
